An award winning artist in juried shows and has original art placed in homes throughout the United States. He is in demand and contributes regularly to non-profit organizational fund drives.

Elvis Coble studied art at the American Academy of Art in Chicago and Joliet Junior College in Joliet, IL. He was a member of the Joliet Art League where he participated in art workshops and exhibitions. He now resides in Jonesboro, AR where he studied art at Arkansas State University with Evan Lindquist.

Elvis is a founding member of the North East Arkansas Visual Arts League where he exhibits regularly. Study with Artist-Teachers in many media has attended numerous workshops in IL, AR, TN, etc. He holds degrees from Arkansas State University and the University of Colorado with advanced study at Indiana University and the University of Illinois.

The inspiration for this painting was a passage in the Bible Book of Job, 38:37b, Who can tilt the water jars of heaven?Likewise, who can tilt the primary color jars of heaven and mix them to create all the colors that make up the wide spectrum of communications that is employed and enjoyed by mankind? TXTING enables us to use the Primary Letters of Language, to communicate quickly and effectively -- It’s as old as the hills!
